Mallorquissimo is an insider guide that provides recommendations for partners in Mallorca across multiple categories. Please Note: Mallorquissimo is not a real estate agency and does not offer real estate agent services. On rare occasions we solely facilitate connections between potential buyers and service providers.
3. Eligibility and Usage Requirements
Age Requirement: Our services are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.
Minimum Purchase Requirement: There is no minimum property purchase value required to use Lucca’s services.
4. Benefits with partners
Mallorquissimo newsletter subscribers can get special benefits with partners. These are always subject to availability. The benefits are optional by the partners and nor Mallorquissimo nor the partners are obliged to follow through on them.
5. Images and Videos
All content of this website is owned by Mallorquissimo or partners. Downloading or using it in other ways is strictly prohibited.
6. Third-Party Liability and Partner Services
Mallorquissimo is not liable for any services provided by third-party partners, including real estate agents, architects, renovation contractors, or any other service providers. While Mallorquissimo recommends partners based on quality and reputation, it is the client’s sole responsibility to assess and verify the suitability of these services. Mallorquissimo is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or availability of any third-party services.
7. Data Privacy and GDPR ComplianceData Collected: Mallorquissimo collects personal information, including name, contact details, and preferences, solely to provide our services.
Data Use: Collected data is used exclusively for internal purposes and service provision. Mallorquissimowill not share data with third parties unless explicit consent is provided by the client.
