Our foundeR
Growing up on the beautiful island of Mallorca, I was always surrounded by a supportive and vibrant community that shaped who I am today. It wasn’t however until I spent over 11 years in different parts of the world, that I realized how exceptional this island truly is.
During my time abroad, my best friend and I were fortunate to build our first company, which grew to a team of over 40 amazing individuals—all made possible by the encouragement and support of those around us. Coming back after 11 years, this is the spirit I want to ignite.
At Mallorquissimo, we place immense value on community and teamwork. Every person involved is exceptional, and we’re grateful to have them—and you—join us on this journey. Together, we aim to transform your journey on the island, however long it may be, into something fulfilling, and most importantly, with an added social impact.

Growing up on Mallorca, living abroad for 11 years, and now coming back to his home, Moritz is looking to bring a new generation of changemakers to the island. Lucca is Moritz's second startup, besides numerous other impact initiatives he co-created.

Eva's love for the island has inspired thousands of people to explore the island in new ways. Her 27 years on the island include her roles as Editor in Chief of luxury guide finest addresses Mallorca, Founder of the Lifestyle Guide Mallorquissimo Mallorca (awarded by the Balearic Islands as the #1 lifestyle guide for Mallorca), author of multiple books about Mallorca, and Real Estate Consultant.

Egor is a multidisciplinary designer, university lecturer and co-founder of a branding and web design studio. Being skilled in UI design, photography, coding, animation and 3D allows Egor to take all of his projects to another level.

Aslan is a designer and co-founder of a branding and web design studio. With a focus on design psychology, user flows, and communication, he creates brands and experiences that resonate deeply with people. He also hosts the Human Library Podcast, exploring topics related to human existence.

Our advisors range from philanthropists creating global positive impact to advise us on our social vision, up to marketing specialists managing hundreds of millions of EUR in yearly budgets, (local) Real Estate experts to successful entrepreneurs. We match up great visionaries of different fields, with a team that can take this input, and get things done.
