Some come to visit. Then they come again.
Then, within the blink of an eye, they decide to never leave again.
Many partners have your best interest at mind. Some, however, do not. Make sure to find trustworthy partners. We can give you a couple first directions if you need.
Respect for locals, culture, language and traditions. Many of us are visitors that decide to make this their new home. Let's make sure it stays home for everyone.
We encorage you to think about Mallorca as a place to grow. Regardless of your life phase.

Most people who moved to Mallorca will tell you a version of the same story. They came for a holiday. Then they came back. Then they no longer wanted to leave.
28% of Mallorca's residents were born abroad, and the trend is accelerating. 95% of new residents arriving in the Balearic Islands over the past year have been foreigners. (INE, 2025). This is not a retirement community. It is a deliberate migration of people who chose a different kind of life.
The reasons are not hard to find. Year-round sun, 300 kilometres of coastline, one of Europe's safest environments, and infrastructure that surprises most newcomers. International schools. World-class healthcare. Direct flights to every major European city, and now even to the US, Canada and UAE. Recently, also a community of entrepreneurs and remote workers, that are bringing a new angle to local life.
Easy decision. Easy move? NIE registration, residency permits, tax, banking. Then comes the property question. The prices. Often, the chaos. And here, a word of honesty:
Mallorca has over 1,500 real estate agencies. In a market this active, not everyone always operates with your interest at heart. At Mallorquissimo we made a deliberate choice. We recommend a small number of partners we trust. We are also committed to say things we think, and not sprinkle fairydust over everything in an attempt to make it feel glamorous and easier to sell.
On that note, if you relocate here, integrate with local culture. Spend locally. Be aware that foreign demand is a direct driver of housing costs that price locals out of their own island. That is not someone else's problem to solve. It is yours too. That's also why we support local organisations. It's our collective responsibility to help ensure locals are not increasingly displaced from their own island.
Exclusive events, stories and an occasional off-market property before it appears publicly. Subscribers also get special benefits with our partners.
