Activity in the vineyard and minimalism in the wine cellar
Today one of the oldest fincas of Majorca, mentioned for the first time in 1263, which is situated between Manacor and Porto Cristo, is a small but fine winery. Thomas Wambsganss, wine maker in 4th generation, has a wealth of experience in winemaking on the island. Supreme maxim is the purely ecological and sustainable management of his finca. Hence his exquisite wines which are only produced in small quantities and kept in decorative stone ware bottles, are certified organic.
